3. Account Registration

4. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method. You agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information
• Promptly update your account and payment information to keep it current, complete, and accurate
• Pay all charges incurred by your account
• Pay all applicable taxes

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of API SHIELD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

API SHIELD is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the service. In no event shall API SHIELD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless API SHIELD and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
